Recipe #1 - Honey and Avocado Body Wash
What You'll Need:
-1/4 cup of unscented liquid Castile soap
-1/4 cup of raw honey
-1/2 teaspoon of avocado oil
-10 drops of lavender essential oil
-a dark glass bottle or jar with a pump or lid (for storing)
Instructions:
1. Simply combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
2. Pour the mixture into your storage container.
3. To use, wet skin with warm water in the shower, then massage the body wash onto skin using circular motions. Rinse well and pat dry.
Recipe #2 - Almond and Tea Tree Body Wash
What You'll Need:
1 cup unscented Castile soap
1 cup filtered water
1/4 cup almond oil
20 drops of lavender essential oil
10 drops of tea tree essential oil
Instructions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and pour into a dark glass jar or bottle.
2. Shake well before each use.
3. Apply to wet skin and massage gently in circular motions.
4. Rinse with warm water and pat dry.
5. Repeat as needed.
